The humble petic[i]on of Ellin Fenton of Kirkham widdow.

<Sheweth>

That the petic[i]oners late husband Richard Fenton was from the begininge of the late warres A souldier for the Comonwealth dyed in service lefte the petic[i]oner & three small Fatherlesse Children and noe meanes for theire subsistence, And the petic[i]oner vnable to maintaine herselfe & Familie,

Humbly prayeth yo[u]r Order to the Overseers for the poore w[i]thin the Parish of Kirkham to make such p[ro]vision for them as to Justice appertaineth. And as in duty bound the pet[itione]r shall pray &c
