The Humble Petition of Eliz[abeth] Smith of Thirske

Humbly Sheweth

That yo[u]r Poore Peticon[e]r had a Pention granted her for ye good services done by her Husband to K[in]g Charles ye first & yt by a late Ord[e]r of this Court the said Pention is taken from her, by reason whereof she is fallen into Extream poverty she therefore humbly Intreats yo[u]r Worshipps to Ord[e]r her some small Gratuity for her pr[e]sent reliefe &c:

And yo[u]r Petition[e]r as in duty bound shall ever pray &c
