To the honno[u]r[a]bl[e] Com[m]ittee Sitting at Worscester house for Stateing of ye accompts of ye souldery

The humble petition of Elizabeth Crage widdow ye Relict of Andrew Crage Late foote post Imployed be [sic.] ye State for ye kingdome of Iyrland: who was in that kingdome most Vnhumanly murdred by the bloody Irish Rebells to ye vtter vndoeing of yo[u]r pet[itione]r who is Left with a great Charge of thrie Small fatherles Children & in great distres & wante haveing nothing wherewith Either to help her self or to preserue hir poore fatherles Children from perisching.

May it pleas this honno[u]r[a]ble Committee Seriously to Consider ye premissis and be [sic.] reasone yo[u]r pet[itione]rs necessitie is great at This present and can get no Releife out of Elley house that this hono[u]r[a]ble Committee wil be graciously pleased to take ye pet[itione]rs sad & distresed conditione Into hono[u]rs [sic.] considderat[io]ne & to grant hir some present mantenance or Releife as yo[u]r hono[u]rs shall think fitt.

And yo[u]r pet[itione]r as in all dewty bound shall euer pray
