To the right wor[shipfu]ll S[i]r Henry Coker knight

May it please yo[u]r wor[shi]pp to p[er]pend ye indigent Condic[i]on of Edward Turner of Hindon souldier for his late Maiesty in the Regim[en]t of ye right  hon[oura]ble ye Lord Hopton yt yo[u]r Peticioner had formerly a Penc[i]on of 40 s. p[er] An[n]u[m], and afterwards it was reduced to 20 s.: And att Christmas last hee receiued 10 s. and since hee cann receiue no more although hee hath often sought to ye Treasurer for the same.

May it please yo[u]r wor[shi]pp to Order for ye Peticion[e]rs Reliefe as shall seeme meet in yo[u]r wor[shi]pps wisedome And (as in duty bound) yo[u]r Petic[i]on[e]r shall pray &c
