The humble petic[i]ons of Edward Sudell of Fishwick in the County of Lanc[aste]r, John Kellett of Brockall in the said County, Timothy Chadcock of Fishwick in ye County aforesaid William Wigans of Preston in ye County aforesaid Margery Anderton, Margarett Holme Jennett Wearden and Elizabeth Drye of Preston aforesaid widowes
Humbly Sheweth
That whereas your poore petic[i]oners hath heretofore received ye yearely penc[i]on moneys for maimed soulders and such that served his late Ma[jes]tie of famious memory in the late vnfortunate warres in England And now and it please your worshipps your poore petic[i]oners hath not theire said severall penc[i]ons paid them as hath beene formerly neither doth they knowe nor canne bee assured whether they shall receive any more or noe.
Your petic[i]oners humbly disireing your worshipps will bee pleased consideringe ye premisses abovesaid that your petic[i]oners may knowe how and when they may receive theire said severall penc[i]ons as hath beene paid to them formerly and your petic[i]oners as however in duty bound will ever pray for your good worshipps &c
