The petition of Arthur Robinson, residence unknown, 20 December 1648

<Petic[i]on of Arthur Robinson to haue his brothers Arreares being slayne &c.>
To ye Right hono[ura]ble ye Com[m]ittee of ye Army
The humble peticon of Arthur Robinson Brother & Administrator of Francis Robinson late troop[er] dec[eased].
Sheweth
That yo[u]r pet[itione]rs brother faithfully serued ye Parl[iamen]t as Trooper in Capt[ain] Burgesse his Troope form[er]ly Capt[ain] Mollineux in Col[one]l Butlers now Col[one]l Hortons Regim[en]t from ye begin[n]ing of ye New Moddell vntill about July last & was then slayne before Pembroke in Wales ag[ains]t att ye takeing in of that Castle, as by Certificate vnder ye said Capt[ain’s] hand may appeare.
Yo[u]r pet[itione]r therefore most humbly prayeth yo[u]r Hono[u]rs to giue Order for ye Stateing of his said brothers accompts & paym[en]t of his arreares as to others in such cases is afforded.
And he shall pray &c.

Att ye Com[mi]ttee of Lords & Com[m]ons for ye Army the 20th of December 1648.
Ordered
That ye Com[missa]ry Gen[era]ll of ye Musters or his Deputy doe forthw[i]th certify this Com[m]ittee how ye pet[itione]rs brother Francis Robinson (whoe was slayne in ye service) stands vpon ye seu[er]all Musters of ye Army, & doe affix ye same to this petic[i]on.
