To the Justices at the Sessions in Namptwich

The humble petic[i]on of Anne Maddocke of Glovers tone w[i]thin the hundred of Broxton in the said County

Humbly Shewes

That yo[u]r pet[itione]r hath bin heretofore admitted a penc[i]on[e]r w[i]th in the said hundred at the alloweance of forty shillinges by the yeare

That a late review of mayhemed souldiers att by the Justices of peace w[i]thin the said hundred whereof yo[u]r pet[itione]r had no notice, yo[u]r pet[itione]rs said pention for want of her appearance, was taken of

Yo[u]r pet[itione]r prayes that in regard she hath seauen small children and hath no estate or [illegible] lyuelyhood for her selfe & children, That her said pention may be continued to her

And yo[u]r pet[itione]r &c
