The humble petic[i]on of Ann Johnson of Wyrsdale

Sheweth that yo[u]r petic[i]oners husband is prest for the service of Ireland and that yo[u]r poore petic[i]oner is left with six smale Children not any of them able to get its living and yo[u]r petic[i]oner not any meanes left for to manteyne them with all wereby they are likly to starve vnlesse some speedy course bee taken by his [sic] honorable Court for there releefe.

Wherefore yo[u]r poore petic[i]oner humbly Craues yo[u]r good worship to grant her some releefe for her said Children out of the parish & yo[u]r peticoner will pray &c
