The humble petic[i]on of Ann Edge of Stetford widdow.
Sheweth
That yo[u]r petic[i]oners husband was a maymed Soldier who served his Ma[jes]tie yt now is and his Royall father and yo[u]r wor[shi]pps was pleased to allowe him twenty shillings p[er] Annu[m] as a penc[i]on towards his Manteynance and hee lately is Deade, who hath lefte yo[u]r petic[i]oner [illegible] necessitouse for releefe, beeing a very old and decrepid woman and not able to releeve herselfe by her owne handy Labor, May it Therefore please yo[u]r good wor[shi]pps: to grant yo[u]r ord[e]r yt ye former alloweance allowed to her husband of twenty shillings p[er] Annu[m] May bee Continued and alsoe payd yo[u]r petic[i]oner will and shee will ever pray.
