The humble petition of Ann Edge of Bromhill

Shewing

That yo[u]r pet[itione]rs husband being a poore labouring man liueing in Bromhill in ye Parrish of Barrow was prest and away sent for the service of Ireland leaueing behind him two small children and yo[u]r Pet[itione]r great with child of the third and nothing to mainetaine them w[i]th all

May it therefore please yo[u]r Worshipps to com[m]iserate the deplorable estate of yo[u]r Pet[itione]r and to grant her some maintenance towards the releiuing of her & her poore children

And shee shall eu[er] pray &c
