Alices [sic.] Bradshaw of Pendelton your Poore Petishioner

Good Gentlemen I youre Poore pitishioner Am Constrened for want of food And Other Nessasaryes to Make my humble suplycation vnto this Honerable Court in hope yt youre Charity will take pity of My Nessecety: My Father was sleane Att Northwich being in ye king servis A Corporall vnder ye Comand of Capt[ain] Raph Edgerton: And my Mother being dead Also I Am lafte void of Anney helpe or succer or helpe of Aney Friend And by Reason of what hath pleased god I have been blind this five or sixe And twenty yeares soe yt I Am not Able to gett my owne Livehood [sic.]: And the Ouerseeres have promised to give Me Anney thing that was Fitting And to pay my Rent soe yt I would goe home Att your last sessions heare houlden And nott Make My Condishtion [sic.] knowne to youre worships then present: the Ouerseere nott being soe good as to Allow me Anney thing of A Maintainence: nor paid Anney the Rent for Me I Am like to be turned out of yt Poore Cottage in which I dwell And I Am likewise distatate [sic.] of Food fire & Clothes: I humbley Intreat your Honours to take into your Charatable Consideracions th[i]s My Condition And by your order Allow Me sum Relive According to My present want or I shall end My dayes in great Missery: And I shall ever be bound to pray for you while I Remaine Alices Bradshaw.
