To the honourable assembly of the benche

The humble petition [of] Agnis Saunders the wife of Jeremy Saunders of Iccleford in the County of Herrtf[ordshire]

In most humble and distressed manner shewinge your goodness That wher[e]as your poore petitioner was lately marryed to the said Jeremy beinge formerly both of us being servants in Iccleford aforesaid soe it is that the said Jeremy is nowe in service for the Parliam[en]t and your petitioner left destitute of any habitac[i]on by reason that the Inhabita[n]ts of Iccleford doe refuse to let her abyde in the towne whiche though she & her said husband dwelt there both before and since theire marriage:

Humbly beseechethinge the honourable favo[u]r of the bench to direct some course for her releife such as shall seeme most fit to the honourable assembly. And shee shall pray for yo[u]r longe p[ro]sperity.
