The humble petic[i]on of Agnes Fooke widdowe the relict of Hugh Fooke Late of this Cittie Feltmaker deceased.
In all humble manner sheweth vnto yo[u]r wor[shi]pps yo[u]r poore peticoners sad and miserable Condic[i]on being an Aged woman and haveing nothing to maintayne her in her old age, her husband Lately dyinge Left yo[u]r petic[i]on[e]r soe much in debt, that your peticoner is forced to relinquish the Administrac[i]on of his goods it being nothing neere sufficient to satisfie his debts, hee being in his Life tyme A maymed man wounded in the Parliam[en]ts service & noe waye able to gett his mainetaynance For Advancem[en]t of w[hi]ch & in Tender considerac[i]on of his Losse, yo[u]r wor[shi]pps were favorably pleased to graunt him the [?wheelage] of this Cittie at an yearely rent for w[hi]ch as yo[u]r petic[i]on[e]r vnderstandeth hee is something in areere
The humble petic[i]on of yo[u]r petic[i]on[e]r is that yo[u]r wor[shi]pps wil bee favorablie pleased that yo[u]r petic[i]oner maye continewe the enioyeing thereof att the same rent you were pleased to sett it vnto yo[u]r peticon[e]rs husband, yo[ur] peticon[e]r putting in sufficientt Securitie for payeing the rent w[i]th the Arreeres, & yo[u]r petic[ione]r as in duty bound shall daylie praie &c
