The Humble petition of Robert Parsivall of Manchester souldier sheweth

vnto yowr Honours yt whereas yowr petitioner was of Late souldier & trumpiter vnder ye command of Col[one]l John Booth at ye seige of Westchester and at the fight of Rowton heath in cheshire was Lamed in ye hand and since was in the sarvis of Scotland in ye regimenent of Col[one]l Gravenor in ye troop of Capt[ain] Walleis and there sustained so much sickness yt yowr petitioner was faine to Leaue of the sarvis

And therefore yowr Honours petitioners desire is yt yow wold bee pleased to take yowr Honours Humble petitioner into yowr serious consideration and alow some competent pension vnto yowr petitioner and yowr petitioner shall as in dutie bee euer bownd to pray.
