Unfoliated: The court was informed that 'all the maymed soldiers that had pencons wthin this County are all dead save [Richard] Ridley & one Wm Wilson and that there is some moneys remaneing in the hands of Capt Richard Whithead named & appointed treasurer for the said maymed soldiers of the last taxe gathered wthin this County yt is therefore ordered by this Court that the said Capt Whitehead shall upon receipt hereof out of the said moneys pay unto' William Wilson his pension of 5 marks 'due for this last yeare'.
