"Whereas this court is credibly informed that William Tucker of Zeale Monochorum in this county was wounded by the enemy in Ireland in the service of the Common wealth in his thigh & in his shoulder whereby he is become impotent & noe way able to releieve himselfe, It is therefore ordered that the Treasurer… doe forthwith pay … 10 s., And upon his procuring of a field officers certificate that he was soe wounded as aforesaid he is then to be further considered."
