Unfoliated: 'Upon the peticon of Willm Sherlicker setting forth that he hath beene a soldier for this Many yeares the last yeare in Ireland & now comme to his owne Cuntry & would reside & dwell wth his wife in Barley This Court is of opinion that by lawe he & his wife ought to bee setled in Barley where he was borned wthout interrupcon and if any pson doe molest & disturbe him in his setlemt there he is fineable & punishable by Lawe & upon prooffe thereof made this Court will pceed agt him accordingly.'
