Upon Lee's petition, 'shewing that he having been long a souldier in the Paliament service in England, Scotland and Ireland, and having received divers hurts and wounds in the said service & he being now destitute of an habitacon', it was ordered that the Overseers of the Poor for Baginton provide him with a house and the court would take into consideration his request for a pension.
