'It is orded by this Court That the Treasurers for maymed souldiers and Caritable vses for the west parte of the said County doe pay vnto Mr William Garret of Sutton in the said County a souldier in the warrs of his late Majestie of blessed memory the yearely pencion of Three pound the same to be paid by quarterly payments from the date of this order, untill further order of this Court to the Contrary.'
