[f.160r] ‘Vpon the humble petition of William Ellicott of Tavystock in this County a Soldier maimed in his late Majesties service This Courte doth thinke fitt and order that the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this County doe henceforth pay vnto the said William Ellicott a pencion of Thirty shillings per annum per quarterly payments vntill further order.’
