'Upon the presentment of a list under the hands of Sir John Fitzjames, Knight, and Robert Coker, Esquire, two of his majesties Justices of the Peace of this county of such indigent souldeires who shewed themselves loyall & faithfull to his late majestie & who have only received twenty shillings each except George Stickland of Cerne Abbas who hath not hitherto received anything, It is ordered by this court that the Treasurer for the westerne parte of this county doe pay unto each of them & who are mencioned in a list hereunto annexed the summe of twenty shillings more each & to the said George Stickland the summe of forty shillings for their present releife.'
