'Upon the petition of William Baggeley and Anne his wife, of Stone [formerly of Eccleshall], for inhabitation or dwelling in the parish of Caverswall, where the said Anne was born, it is therefore ordered by the court that the matter concerning the said William Baggeley and his wife be referred to the consideration of John Coney of Weston Ceyney [Weston Coyney], esquire, to allow them a house in some convenient place in the said parish according to his discretion, because of the relation between the said Mr Ceyney [sic.] and Anne, the wife of the said William Baggeley.'
