'It is ordered by this court that the arreares of Thomas Leopards pencion of forty shillings per annum formerly graunted to Richard Sutor by an order of sessions dated the nineteenth day of Aprill last past & is yet behind and unpayed, be paid by the Treasurers for maymed souldiers and charitable uses for the West parte of this county, or either of them, unto the widdow & relickt of the said Richard Sutor towards her reliefe & maynetenance. And the Justices of the Peace of the said county at theire monthly meeinge with the rape of Chichester are desired to examine & settle what was due upon the saide order, which is forthwith to be paid to the said widdow as aforesaid’.
