[f.137] ‘Vpon the humble petition of [blank] the Relict of Richard Jenkins late of Topesham in this County who in his life time received a pencion of Three pounds per annum per quarterly payments as a maimed Souldier and dyed since the last Christmas Sessions This Courte doth thinke fitt and order that the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this County doe forthwith pay vnto the said [blank] relict of the said Richard Jenkins the Summe of Fifteene shillings which would haue beene due vnto him if hee had lived vntill this present Sessions.’
