Nicholas Hobart, being a corporal in Colonel Russell’s Regiment, and dead in the war, there being much pay due unto him at his death, and his wife left very poor with a charge of children, we therefore order Mr Lelham to pay unto her four pounds, the third part of the sequestrations being in part allowed for wounded soldiers.
