"Whereas 20 s. yearely hath beene formerly granted by this court unto Walter Collier of Culmstocke a maymed souldier who received two wounds the one in his shoulder & the other in his legg in the service of the Common wealth that he is disabled thereby to follow his calling being very poore & not able to releive himselfe, It is therefore ordered that the Treasurer … doe from henceforth pay … forty shillings yearly for his pencion … & he is to have 10 s. in hand."
