Unfoliated: 'Fforasmuch as this Court is informed that Mr Richard Blackborne late treasurer for the maymed soldiers of the Northren division hath some money yet remaneing in this hands wch he Collected for the use of the said Maymed soldiers yt is therefore ordered by this Court that the said Mr Blackborne shall forthwth upon notice hereof pay unto Tho: Tod a poore maymed soldier his pencon for this prsent yeare if the moneys remaneing in his hands will soe far extend or soe much thereof as the said moneyes will extend to for wich this shalbee his discharg.'
