Unfoliated: 'Forasmuch as it planely appeareth to this Cort upon oath made by Robte Swinglehurst that Crofer Prockter of Robernndall [Roeburndale] did agree & pmise to manteyne and keepe Thomas Swinglehurst beeing a soldier hyred by him & maymed in the pliamts service wth meat drinke lodging & apparel and for that the said Prockter hath not pformed the same contrary to a former order made by the honble Justices of Assyse at Lanc the fifth day of September last the same differences were referred to this Cort that it was ordered by this Cort that the said Prockter shall from henceforth well & sufficiently manteyne & keepe &pvide for the same Swinglehurst wth suffycent meat drinke lodging & apparel according to ye said agreement or in default thereof the said Prockter [illegible] to pforme this order wth good suretyes.'
