[f.115r] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Thomas Perry of Cullumpton maimed in the Service of his late Majestie King Charles the first This Court doth order that the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this County doe henceforth pay vnto the said Thomas Perry a pencion of thirty Shillings per annum by quarterly payments vntill further orders Soe that the officers of the said Parish provide for him according to his need & that the same doe appeare to this Court att the next generall Sessions.’
