‘The Treasurer for the maymed souldiers of this County is hereby ordered to pay vnto Thomas Nyno of Sylfarton a souldier maymed in the late Kings service the summe of Twenty shillings per annum by quarterly payments till further order and to have 5 s. in hand for his better releife and maintenance And the officers of the parish of Sylfarton are to give him Twenty shillings a yeare more.’
