[f.70r] ‘Vpon the humbe [sic] petition of Thomas Moore of Topesham the Treasurer for Maymed Souldiers of the County is hereby ordered to pay out of the County stocke vnto the said Thomas Moore a Souldier maimed in his late Majesties service the Summe of Tenne Shillings for his present Support and the said Thomas Moor is to be further considered att the next Sessions and the said Mr Fitzwilliams is to be reimbursed the said Tenne Shillings att the next Sessions by the Treasurer of the maimed Souldiers.’
