[f.178] ‘Whereas Thomas Miller of Kenne had heretofore a pencion of Three pounds per annum as a maimed Souldier but att Michaelmas Sessions last it was ordered that his said pencion should be suspended It is now ordered that hee be restored to his said former pencion & that the arreares thereof be paid vp by the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this County.’
