Order to pay Thomas Meacocke, a trooper under Captain Clarke, who was wounded 'in the State’s service' and is now in the care of a surgeon, his half pay for six weeks, from 7 March 1645 past until 19 April 1645. Order addressed to ‘the sequestrators added for our assistance’. Warrant signed by Edward Farmar, Edward Harby and Robert Mildemay. Receipt acknowledged on 23 April 1645, with the mark of Letice Mecocke, the petitioner's wife.
