[f.141] ‘Vppon the humble petition of Thomas Marshall of Thoverton in this County a Souldier maimed in his late Majesties Service This Courte doth thinke fitt and order that the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this County doe henceforth pay vnto the said Thomas Marshall a pencion of Twenty shillings per annum per quarterly payments till further order and five shillings in hand.’
