[f.107r] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Thomas Marshall of Thorverton in this County a Souldier maimed in his late Majesties service This Courte doth thinke fitt and order that the Treasurer of the maimed Souldiers of this County doe forthwith pay vnto the said Thomas Marshall the Summe of five Shillings & that hee be further considered of att the next Michaelmas Sessions as the Court shall see cause.’
