[f.45] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Thomas Halfeyard of Broadclist in this County a Soldier maimed in his said Majesties Service This Court doth thinke fitt & order that the Treasurer for the maimed Soldiers of this County doe henceforth pay vnto the said Thomas Halfeyard a pencion of Thirty shillings per annum by quarterly payments vntill further order.’
