Unfoliated: 'Ytt is ordered by this Court that Tho Dicconson of Charnock a poore maymed & indigent soldier who faithfully served his Matie that now is and his Royall father in the late wars shall have the pencon of twenty shillings a yeare to bee payed unto him by the treasurer of the maymed soldiers wthin the hundred of Leyland untill further order of this Court and shall have this yeares pencon paiyed unto him when the rest of the said maymed soldiers are payed if there shall remaine so much in the treasurers hands over & above the paymt of the said soldiers pencons already allowed or otherwise soe soone as the same falls hereafter.'
