[f.129] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Thomas Brewer of Chagford a Souldier maimed in his late Majesties Service This Courte doth thinke fitt and order that the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this County doe henceforth pay vnto the said Thomas Brewer a pencion of Forty shillings per annum vntill further Order and Tenne shillings in hand.’
