[f.149] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Thomas Baker of the parish of Vffculme in this County a Souldier maimed in his late Majesties service This Courte doth thinke fitt and order that the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this County doe henceforth pay vnto the said Thomas Baker a pencion of Forty shillings per annum by quarterly payments vntill further order and Tenne Shillings in hand.’
