f. 62r: It is ordered that the high constables of Cashio and Dacorum hundreds shall speedily pay Thomas Babb the £3 due to him for his pension because there is no Treasurer on that side of the county, the said £3 to be allowed them on their accounts. If they fail to do so, Mr Robotham and Dr Kinge, two justices of the peace, are to bind them over to the next General Sessions for the county to answer for their contempt.
