Whereas Thomas Alderton of Ashfeild in this county had formerly a pension granted him out of the treasury of this division for the yearly payment of three pounds unto him until this court should otherwise order the same that former pension to be discharged, now this court upon view and examination of the said pensioner does think fit and order for the future the Treasurer for the Maimed Soldiers within this division shall pay unto the said Thomas Alderton the sum of forty shillings yearly, and every year to be paid quarterly.
