Unfoliated: 'Yt is ordered by this Court that the Ch & ovseers of the poore wthin the pish of Manchester shall forthwth upon notice hereof make pvision for the manteynance & sustentacon of foure little Children of Walter Rashe (who is gone into Scotland and left behind him his wyfe & the said Children wthin Manchester & noe meanes to manteyne them withal) in some good & Competent manner soe as they shall not beg under the pane of xxs amonth to bee Imposed & levyed upon them makeing default herein and upon Complt made to any Justice of peace wthin this County a warrant shall bee awarded agt them to take them bound to answer there Contempts at the next Sessions here to bee holden & ther to bee further pceeded agt according to lawe.'
