Unfoliated: 'Yt is ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Ovseers of the poore wthin the pish of Bolton shall forthwth upon notice hereof take & make pvsion for Willm a little boy of Chrofer Tonling a souldier in Ireland for the Comonwealth of England beeing borne wthin ?Skyne wthin the said pish of Bolton in a good & Competent manner and it is further ordered that Thomas Preston shall take manteyne & keepe the other two of the Children of the said Tonling in a good & Competent manner soe as they shall not beg untill hee shew iust cause to the Contrary or otherwise upon Complt made to any Justice of peace a warrant shall bee awarded against them to take them bound to answer there Contempts at the next Sessions here to bee holden.'
