Unfoliated: 'Yt is ordered by this Court that the Ch & Ov of the poore wthin the pish of Preston shall forthwth upon notice hereof make pvision for the manteynance & sustentacon of Susan Turner and her two little Children whose husb: was prest a souldier for the Comonwealth service in Ireland & she & her Children since put forth of a smale estate which they were possest of at the tyme of his beeing prssed as aforesaid & shall allow the same unto them according to there prsent necessities And whereas it appears that the sd Susan Turner had an interest of a third pt of the said estate for tearme of her liffe the said Ch & Ov of the poore are to tax the said third pt in such Convenient some towards there releeffe as they shall think fitting And if the sd Ch & Ov of the poore neglect pformance of this order then upon Complt made to any Justice of peace wthin this County a warrt shall bee awarded agt them to take them bound to answer there Contempts at the next Sessions here to bee holden.'
