Upon the petition of Sibill Steevenson that she might receive the sum of thirty shillings, being unpaid to her of the sum of ten pounds formerly granted her by order under the hand of six justices of the peace of this county, dated the sixth of October 1652, which ten pounds was an arrears due to her husband Francis Steevenson, a soldier in the Parliament’s service, deceased. It is ordered by the court that the said sum of thirty shillings be forthwith paid to the said Sibill by the treasurers for maimed soldiers, but she is to expect no further allowance.
