f.290: The Commissary General states that Captain Conyers Cooper was paid a total of £292 12 s. 9 d. for his own pay and that of his troop, and that his widow, Mrs Sarah Cooper received £40 on 2 February 1644 by the hand of John Trenchard esq. His account for the time that he was cornet and lieutenant before the loss at Devizes has been lost.
