[f.115] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Samuel Chubb of Tavistocke in this county a Souldier maimed in the service of his late Majestie King Charles the first This Court doth order that the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this county doe henceforth pay vnto the said Samuel Chubb a pencion of thirty Shillings per annum by quarterly payments vntill further order & Seaven Shillings & Six pence in hand.’
