Noted that 'It appearing to the Court that Rob[er]te Jones of the parrish of St Michaels (late a souldier wounded in the service of this Comon wealth) is in great distress. It is ordered that the Tre[asure]rs for maimed souldiers shall pay to the s[ai]d Rob[er]te Jones ten shillings toward his reliefe for the s[ai]d Rob[er]te p[ro]miseing here in Courte never to trouble this Cittie or that parrish hereafter in peticoning for any helpe from them but this to bee pr[e]sid[en]t for reliefe of others in the same condicon hereafter'.
