'It is ordered by this court that the Treasurer for the westerne parte of this county doe pay unto Robert Sugar of Sherborne the summe of three pounds by the yeare quarterly as a pencion during his life, if the same shall not hereafter be duely revoked by this court, he having behaved himselfe loyall & faithfull to his late majestie in the late wars and never deserted the sayd service.'
