Seatree had 'seu[er]all certificates as well under the hand of Sir Ralph Freeman one of his Majesties Masters of his Court of request as also under hands of seu[er]all of the Commissioners appointed by Act of Parliament for releafe of the loyall & Indigent officers'. It was noted that he 'hath very faithfully and constantly served his Majestie & his Royall Father of blessed memorie in the late Warres and hath received seu[er]all wounds in the said warres and was imprisoned sold and banished for his said loyalty. Whereby the said Robert is not onely disabled to worke for his liueing by reason of his said wounds but by his said imprisonment and banishment is reduced to great and penury'.
